About VRelax

VRelax stands for a proven new approach to stress, burnout and depression. We want to help mental health institutions with a scientifically validated Virtual Reality app, which has been specially developed for people with mental complaints. Scientific studies show that VRelax very quickly reduces stress, burnout, anxiety and depression. In addition, VRelax is used as a good distraction tool for acute pain and physical discomfort.

VRelax is a young and innovative company based in Groningen. We believe in the power of Virtual Reality as a means of stress and pain management. Our team consists of passionate and enthusiastic professionals from healthcare, tech and creative industries. We work intensively with research partners in healthcare and education. With our 200+ customers in healthcare, we are the largest VR partner for mental health care in the Netherlands.

Who are you?

  • You are enterprising, energetic and ambitious and think in possibilities
  • You are social, a team player and enjoy finding and retaining customers
  • You are a self-starter who feels responsible for output-driven targets
  • You have strong communication skills (on all channels) and verbally
  • You have a few years of experience in acquisition and sales
  • You have experience in or affinity with healthcare or working with VR applications

The function

You create value by finding the right fit between VRelax as a smart technological solution and the customer's specific needs. That's where you make the difference! You will be responsible for promoting our groundbreaking VR software and content. With a sales-oriented and proactive attitude, you build new relationships within mental health and healthcare. You do this by approaching potential customers directly.

Enthusiasm and inspiration are the success factors. You will also work with Customer Success to further expand our existing relationships and with Marketing to find new prospects using marketing (and social media) campaigns. You will learn from us everything you need to know about the power of VR and the science behind VRelax to really make an impact with customers. You will make a positive contribution to people's well-being in a special and innovative way.

What are you going to do?

  • You find potential customers and identify their needs and challenges
  • You will approach potential customers by telephone to make them enthusiastic about VRelax
  • You convert leads into appointments with Account Executives or demos for customers
  • You maintain a CRM system with accurate pipeline and customer information
  • You work together with your colleagues to increase the quantity and quality of leads
