About VRelax

VRelax stands for a proven new approach to stress, burnout and depression. We want to help mental health institutions with a scientifically validated Virtual Reality app, which has been specially developed for people with mental complaints. Scientific studies show that VRelax very quickly reduces stress, burnout, anxiety and depression. In addition, VRelax is used as a good distraction tool for acute pain and physical discomfort.

VRelax is a young and innovative company based in Groningen. We believe in the power of Virtual Reality as a means of stress and pain management. Our team consists of passionate and enthusiastic professionals from healthcare, tech and creative industries. We work intensively with research partners in healthcare and education. With our 200+ customers in healthcare, we are the largest VR partner for mental health care in the Netherlands.

Who are you?

  • You are empathetic, self-confident and think and work in a solution-oriented manner
  • You are a team player and a self-starter with a great sense of responsibility
  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • You are a connector and love helping customers
  • You have gained Customer Success experience, preferably in a SaaS/Tech environment
  • You are organizationally strong, accurate and have attention to detail
  • You have experience in or affinity with healthcare or working with VR applications

The function

You create value by finding the right fit between VRelax as a smart technological solution and the specific needs of the customer. That's where you make the difference! You are responsible for the use of our groundbreaking VR software and content. With a customer-oriented and proactive approach attitude you build new relationships within healthcare.

Enthusiasm and inspiration are the success factors. In addition, you work together with it Sales team to further develop our existing relationships and with the Marketing team social media campaigns and promoting best practices of our customers. You will learn from us everything you need to know about the power of VR and the science behind VRelax to really make an impact with customers. You will create one in a special and innovative way make a positive contribution to people's well-being.

What are you going to do?

  • You help new customers with good onboarding (implementation workshop, kickoff)
  • You maintain an excellent relationship with current customers (evaluation, check-in)
  • You identify commercial opportunities with existing customers (upselling)
  • You are responsible for handling more complex customer questions and communications
  • You ensure contract extensions and minimize customer churn
  • You analyze user behavior and the needs of your customers
