The demo period works as follows:

1. During an introductory meeting, we will work with our Sales Team to carefully consider how our product fits your healthcare needs and whether there is a need for joint research.
2. You will receive the demo VR glasses! Discover for two weeks for free how easy VRelax is to use and how it can help your organization.
3. Did you like the demo? Then we will evaluate together to see who VRelax finds the best fit for and has the most effect.
4. In addition to a suitable quotation, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine how VRelax can be most effective in your daily operations.
5. After purchasing VRelax, our Customer Success team will provide any training and implementation needed to help you successfully deploy VRelax.

VRelax License

'For the healing effect of VRelax'

Our online quick start guide will guide you step by step through the use of the VR glasses and our app. Our dashboard gives you insight into the use of your licenses. Here you can manage your VRelax environment for all users by functions such as setting a default language, selecting worlds and more.

Your VR glasses always arrive ready to use. We take care of the installation and make your glasses ready for use immediately, so that you can relax without any effort. Do you already have a suitable VR glasses? Then you can download our app directly from the App Store and save on the costs of a new glasses.

Our Customer Success team is always there for you with personal attention. At the beginning of your VRelax adventure, we will work with you to ensure a smooth start. Afterwards, we will keep in touch regularly to ensure that you get the most out of our collaboration.

Our Customer Success experts will come to your location to support the team with the VRelax integration.

Through interactive sessions – from introduction and hands-on experience to design thinking – we jointly draw up a SMART action plan. Together we explore how VRelax will be used effectively within your organization, determine roles and responsibilities and develop decision-making processes from different perspectives.

After the training you will receive:

• A digital feedback with elaborations and additional materials
• Annual coordination moments to continuously strengthen and optimize implementation

GRIP app

'Watching along with the user'

The VRelax GRIP co-viewing app enables healthcare professionals to see what the client experiences in the VR environment in real time. This allows you as a practitioner to better respond to what the patient sees and feels. In addition, the app offers the possibility to control the VRelax app remotely via a tablet when the patient is unable to do so themselves.

The GRIP app integrates seamlessly with the VRelax dashboard, allowing for easy management, analysis and reporting. This gives you full control and insight, so you can get the most out of every VR session.

'Measuring with biofeedback'

Our HRV wearables provide insight into the effects of VRelax on the mood of the users. With the HRV module you get a scientifically proven instrument that offers deeper insights into the client experience. This allows you to make care processes more effective and personal, for an optimal healing effect.

Continuously measure clients’ heart rate variability during VR sessions in the GRIP app. This provides direct feedback on stress and relaxation levels, and helps you respond to emotional reactions. The HRV data is visualized for you via your account in our dashboard. Use these insights to tailor the VRelax experiences and treatment plans to individual needs.

'Relaxing worlds especially for children'

Our 3D worlds are specially designed for children aged 6 to 12. Based on natural landscapes and filled with lighthearted interactive elements, they help reduce stress and provide distraction during medical procedures.

Developed in collaboration with children and organizations such as Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, KinderThuisHealthcare and Cosis, these worlds are a good fit for children's needs. New customers get free access to this innovative module with their licenses.
