VRelax inside
de disabled care

The importance of relaxation

People with a mental or physical disability are often sensitive to stress, quickly overstimulated and have difficulty regulating emotions. Relaxation is essential and has a positive effect on mental and physical health. When a client is better able to regulate his or her emotions, there is also less problem behavior or escalations. This contributes to a safer (working/living) environment for the individual, the group and the care provider.
