Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers worldwide shipping. The shipping costs for sending VRelax products are at our expense.

For small deliveries (up to 5 VR glasses) we calculate a delivery time of 1-4 business days within the Netherlands. For larger deliveries (more than 5 VR glasses) the delivery time is 5-10 business days. These are average delivery times and can vary depending on the shipping address.

Customers are also welcome to pick up their order at our office in Groningen and take a look at the work of VRelax!

After the demo period or when exchanging glasses and damage upon delivery, you can return the package to the address on the contact page. Contact support@vrelax.com or call +31(0)50 2110 142. The support department will handle the return with you and provide instructions.
