Is VRelax suitable for children?

Yes, VRelax is suitable for children aged 6 and over. We are cautious with children under 6, as their visual skills are not yet sufficiently developed. Consider carefully whether you dare to do it and always be careful. Start with a short session and always supervise during use.

How long should a VRelax session be to notice the effects?

Are there any risks when using VRelax?

VRelax is CE certified and very safe to use. CE certification is a European standard that confirms that a product meets specific safety, health and environmental requirements set by the European Union.

While most users have a positive experience, some people may experience temporary nausea or dizziness while using virtual reality (VR), also known as “cybersickness.” This can be caused by a mismatch between movement and perception, such as when you sit still while moving in VR, which can lead to motion sickness. Additionally, a lack of visual reference points in the VR environment can disrupt your sense of balance and also cause nausea.

The following tips can help prevent cybersickness:

  • Healthcare make sure your VR headset is properly adjusted. With the Pico G3 glasses, you can adjust the lenses by pushing them in or out. In addition, tightening the glasses and finding a good position can help.
  • Start with short VR sessions and gradually increase the duration.
  • In VR, try to sit still as much as possible, especially during the first few sessions.
  • Choose VR experiences that involve less rapid movement and few height differences.

If nausea persists, it may be helpful to take breaks or experiment with other types of VR content that require less movement.
