Is VRelax ready to use after delivery?

Yes, VRelax ensures that the glasses are installed and ready to use upon delivery. It is only necessary to log in to the glasses and the VRelax dashboard yourself. Instructions for this can be found in the instruction guide.

Where can I find the instruction guide?

Both with a demo and regular license the instruction guide is included in the case. If this is missing, please contact us via support@vrelax.com or phone +31(0)50 2110 142. What is meant by license code and activation code when logging in to the glasses?

The license code consists of a combination of 5 numbers and letters. Once VRelax has started, the app will ask you to enter this license code once, which will unlock the app. VRelax installs this code prior to delivery, so you do not need it. If the VRelax app asks for the license code, please contact us via support@vrelax.com or phone +31(0)50 2110 142. After delivery, a 6-digit activation code will be displayed in the VRelax app, which you enter in the VRelax dashboard.

What is the VRelax dashboard?

In the VRelax dashboard you have access to your VRelax account, insight into the (expiration of) the licenses, you can add extra users and log in to the glasses using the activation code.

As a practitioner, you gain insight into the user's state of mind through biometric data, and you can monitor the improvement process in the long term. Using a chest strap, you can read HRV data and heart rate.

What is a Pico account and what do I need it for?

In order to update the VRelax application, you need a Pico account. You can create one via https://us-passport.picovr.com/us/reg. Keep the account details in a safe place. No transfer of personal data takes place during updates.

Will I automatically receive updates from the VRelax app?

Yes. Similar to apps on your phone, we occasionally perform software updates with technical improvements, new functionalities and extra content. Explanations on how to perform software updates can be found in the instruction guide or instruction video.

How long does the VR headset battery last?

It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge a Pico G3 headset. Once fully charged, the battery provides an average of 2,5 to 3 hours of use, depending on the intensity of VRelax use. Warm rooms can also cause the headset to lose heat less easily. This can result in a shorter battery life.

As a supervisor or therapist, can I see what the user experiences in the VR environment?
