Is VRelax reimbursed by my insurer?

For patients or clients, reimbursement from the Wmo, PGB, supplementary insurance or basic insurance is only possible in very limited cases, and this generally does not apply to VRelax.

The payment term for our orders is 14 days after placing the order. Healthcare ensures that the payment is made within this term to avoid delays.
My organization/company is established abroad. Am I then obliged to pay Dutch VAT?
Yes, you are required to pay Dutch VAT. Since the service (in this case the VRelax application) is provided in the Netherlands, VAT must be paid in the Netherlands. If you are eligible for VAT refund, you can claim this back from the Dutch Tax Authorities.
Does VRelax offer an unsatisfied money back guarantee?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get money back for an annual license. In case of damage to the glasses - both with a demo request and a regular license - it may be possible. The demo request is completely free, provided that the demo glasses are returned on time and in good condition within the monthly demo period.
