VRelax uses a business-to-business model, which means it is currently not possible to offer VRelax to individuals or consumers. We recommend approaching your healthcare provider or employer about using VRelax. They may already be working with VRelax or may be open to a demo request. If you are not currently being treated by a healthcare provider or do not have an employer who works with VRelax, you can investigate whether there is a healthcare provider or employer in your region who already works with VRelax.
Can I purchase VRelax as a sole proprietorship or self-employed person?
VRelax operates a business-to-business model, and sole proprietorships and self-employed persons are very welcome as customers of VRelax.
What does an annual license entail?
The license gives you access to the VRelax application and dashboard for one year, including all content, software updates and support. You will also be assigned a permanent contact person from the Customer Success team, who will provide support for the implementation of VRelax throughout the year. In the VRelax dashboard you can see when the license started and when it expires. If the license is not renewed, VRelax will remain available on the glasses until the end date.
It is not possible to take out a license for less than one year, but a multi-year license is of course possible.
Can I try VRelax for free?
Yes, that is possible. VRelax offers companies and healthcare institutions the opportunity to try out the app free of charge. For a few weeks you can experience VRelax and discover what it can do for your clients/patients and organization. This is an introductory period, not intended for extensive research. This option is currently not available for private individuals.
