Can I order VRelax as a private person?

Due to our high service level and guidance, it is not possible for us to serve private individuals. We are busy making VRelax available to private individuals and until then we recommend that you request a VRelax demo together with your practitioner.

What is the price of VRelax VR glasses?

Customers first purchase the glasses for 399 euros and those are one-off costs. For our application we use an annual licensefashion model. This gives you access to the VRelax app and all new content, updates and functionalities that will follow. Because the app is still being developed, you will see that the technology is getting further and further. You will find our different packages here.

How long can I use VRelax after purchase?

We work with annual licenses, so you can use the VRelax app for a year and all new content, updates and functionalities that follow within that year.

Am I bound by the annual license or can I also use VRelax per month?

A year is often a good period to gain sufficient traction with VRelax within your organization. Only in exceptional cases do we also offer six-monthly licenses if this is more appropriate for your project in consultation.

Will I receive updates to the VRelax app automatically after purchase?

Yes. Similar to apps on your phone, we occasionally update with fixes, new functionality and extra content.

Does the software stop automatically after a year?

We usually contact you 2-3 months in advance to discuss a possible extension and never automatically renew without permission.

What does a separate VR headset cost?

The PICO G2 Enterprise is available for €399 and must be purchased once to use VRelax. For the Quest 2 we ask €449.

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we are happy to offer our customers worldwide shipping.

Are the VRelax costs also reimbursed by my health insurer?

In some cases, reimbursement can be arranged with the health insurer through the employer. Together we can see whether this is the case at your employer.

I'm abroad. Do I have to pay Dutch VAT?

Yes, unfortunately we have to put that on the bill. The 'service' is provided in the Netherlands and then you also have to pay VAT in the Netherlands. If you are eligible to reclaim the VAT, this must be reclaimed from the tax authorities in the Netherlands.

I ordered. When will I receive my VRelax glasses?

Our shipping time is a maximum of three working days unless otherwise agreed.

Does VRelax offer an unsatisfied money back guarantee?

No. We ensure in advance that the product meets the needs and help with the implementation. It is not possible for us to take back all costs after such a process.

Can I pick up my order?

No. All VRelax shipments are sent from our logistics center for logistical and administrative reasons.

Can I pay afterwards?

Yes, of course! You place your order and pay within 30 days of delivery. With a first order, we ask companies to send us an extract from the trade register.

How do I return my order?
